Binanatan ng kapatid ng yumaong aktor na si Rico Yan ang isang writer na isa rin daw brodkaster at talent manager dahil sa pagkaladkad diumano nito sa pangalan ng kanyang kapatid.
Ipinost ng aktres na si Claudine Barretto, dating kasintahan ni Rico, sa kanyang Instagram ang screenshot ng mensahe ni Tina Marie Yan. Doon ay tinawag ni Tina na “loser user” at “pathetic” ang nasabing talent manager.
Ayon pa sa post ni Tina (published as is): “Some supposed Filipino Educator, Writer, Multi-media Producer, Talent Manager, Author, Broadcaster (daw) had some nerve to post my late brother’s picture in his IG and use it to make it seem he is attacking someone else who used my late brother’s name for her campaign.”
Hindi pinangalanan ni Tina ang nasabing personalidad, pero ang mga netizens ay mabilis na nagkomento sa post at sinabi na si Noel Ferrer ang kanyang tinutukoy. Si Noel ay talent manager ng Olympic gold medalist na si Hidilyn Diaz.
“The sickening part of all this is that what he accuses the other person doing, is what he is EXACTLY doing himself as his IG obviously shows which presidential candidate he is rooting for. And to make matters really worse, he dares post a photo of my late brother making it seem like they were “oh so close” that he can say what he thinks.”
Sa puntong ito ay binalaan na ni Tina ang nasabing talent manager na huwag gamitin ang yumaong kapatid sa pangangampanya.
“YOU listen to me as I say it again, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT DRAGGING MY LATE BROTHER’s NAME INTO YOUR INDIRECT CAMPAIGN MOTIVES. And you are far more worse as you have the nerve to tag a priest into your post. Just goes to show how pathetic you’ve stooped down to.”

Pagtatapos pa ni Tina, “Oh, and take note. His comments are now OFF and have blocked me after I told him not to use my late brother. OBVIOUSLY guilty as charged. LOSER USER!”
Maaalalang na-bash din si Claudine ng mga netizens dahil sa diumano’y paggamit nito kay Rico sa kanyang pangangampanya. Siya ay tumatakbong konsehal sa Olongapo.
