Nag-react ang beteranong TV host na si Kim Atienza sa kahilingan ni President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. na ipagdasal siya.
Pagkatapos ng proklamasyon ni BBM bilang ika-17 Pangulo ng Republika ng Pilipinas ay nagbigay ito ng pahayag tungkol sa kanyang mga tungkulin. Sa ulat ng GMA News ay hiniling ng incoming Chief Executive na ipagdasal siya dahil ang kanyang tagumpay ay tagumpay ng mga Pilipino.
Ayon kay BBM, “So, I ask you all, pray for me, wish me well. I want to do well for this country because when the president does well, the country does well.”
Ni-retweet ni Kuya Kim ang pahayag na ito ng incoming president. Nagbahagi din siya ng Bible verse na akma sa nasabing pahayag ni BBM.

Umani naman ng samut-saring reaksyon mula sa mga netizens ang tweet na ito ng batikang TV host. May mga nagsabing sang-ayon sila sa sinabi ni Kuya Kim pero siyempre, may mga sumalungat din sa kanya, lalo na ang mga anti-Marcos.

Kasunod nito ay ibinahagi din ng batikang TV host ang isang news article tungkol sa kanyang naging reaksyon sa panawagan ni BBM. Sabi ni Kuya Kim, “Just doing what my Lord wants me to do.”
Dagdag pa niya, kahit na may mga taong maaaring hindi sumang-ayon sa kanya ngunit naniniwala pa rin siya na sinasabi sa kanya ng Panginoon na manalangin at parangalan ang mga nasa kapangyarihan.
